Where is my order?
You will find a Track & Trace number in the order confirmation email. You can follow the status of your order via the Track & Trace link in the email.
For shipping within the Netherlands, if the payment of your order is made every day before 9 p.m., you will receive the package within two days.
In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in good time. We cannot initiate an inquiry in the mail until 2 weeks after the original delivery date.
When do I receive my order if I order on a Saturday or Sunday?
Orders placed and paid for on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
(Orders placed on a business day before 9:00 PM can be delivered within two business days in Sweden)
What else do I need to know about the delivery of my order?
We will send a confirmation email once your payment has been received. You will receive a new confirmation (sender is email@example.com) as soon as your order has been shipped to the specified address.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. These are indicative and for informational purposes only.
We do not currently offer express delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
With great care and attention, because we want your products to be in top condition! We ship our packages with Budbee to Swedish addresses.
