If you have received the wrong items or if the items you have received are defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and salable condition.
Once you have returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of the return. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or that are not in their original condition.
Request a return
- Download, print and fill out the return form if you don't already have one.
- Send your return form along with a photo of the products you are returning by email to email@example.com.
- After approval, make sure that your return is well packed and meets all the conditions below.
- Please clearly mark "Return" on the outer packaging of the package.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.
- Send a follow-up message with your tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org.

- All returned items must be unused, unopened and in original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
- Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.
- Make sure the return form has been approved - without approval this may result in your return not being processed.
